Individual Psychotherapy

If you're struggling with troubling emotions, thoughts, or memories, if external circumstances are weighing on you, or if you're having difficulty coping with painful relationships, it would be my pleasure to provide a safe and trauma-informed space for you to gain clarity, process emotions, heal, and move forward.
Couples Therapy
Romantic relationships are a gift, and they can be very difficult to manage! If you and your partner are struggling with communication, conflict, or are having difficulty navigating the challenges of life in unity, I would love to work with you to move your relationship to a place of connection and intimacy.

As a mom of four children, I know both the beauty and challenge of living together as a family unit and the bittersweetness of launching kids into adulthood! I care deeply about the flourishing of families. Speaking Events
I enjoy the opportunity to educate and equip on a larger scale in the areas of mental and emotional health and realtional wellness through seminars, workshops, and conference speaking. Popular topics include coping with anxiety, depression, and burnout, and topics related to conflict resolution.
